Caroline Graham

For two decades, Caroline has honed her skills and grown her love of all that yoga has to offer - strength, flexibility and balance, both on and off the mat. Her love of music shines through in carefully created playlists for each class. She encourages students to be open to the possibility that their practices can transform them - or at the very least that they will feel a little better at the end class than they did at the beginning.
