Informed by the 8 limbed path of yoga and classic yogic philosophy, Cristina shares a practice that facilitates whole person balance through breath, concentration, postures, and guided relaxation.

She leverages her yoga therapy training in anatomy and physiology to ensure her classes cover all types of healthy movement for muscles and joints: releasing, mobilizing, stabilizing, strengthening and stretching. Her students complete shared practices with an afterglow of increased self awareness, relaxation, and a peaceful smile.
