Matt Smith

Matt’s yoga journey started in 2011 as a form of triathlon cross training. He quickly discovered that finish lines in yoga are actually starting lines in disguise, with unlimited growth potential. In 2018, Matt completed his 200 hour training at Kaia Yoga under Gina Norman and Lisa Giordano, and has been actively teaching ever since. Matt’s classes are upbeat, challenging and fun, doused with philosophy and always wrapped in a great playlist.
