Kaia Methodology at the Berkshire Yoga Festival
Gina will teach an exclusive workshop at the Berkshire Yoga Festival!
The Kaia Methodology is a workshop led by founder Gina Norman that explores how sequencing, strength, breath, and awareness work together to create a sustainable, full-body yoga practice. Through a steady, intelligently paced class with ample hands-on assists, Gina helps students feel and understand why yoga is taught as a complete system—not as isolated poses. Rather than pulling the practice apart, this workshop emphasizes the integration of movement, breath, and meditation, showing how their combined effect supports strength, balance, and a sense of wholeness. The Kaia Methodology uses four core themes—philosophical focus, alignment, peak pose, and physical focus—to create a well-rounded class that leaves you feeling integrated. This workshop is ideal for students and teachers who want a deeper understanding of functional yoga and a practice that feels strong, grounded, and complete—on and off the mat.
