Learn Breathwork
The way we breathe affects everything—our energy, emotions, focus, sleep, and overall well-being. Breathwork is one of the most accessible and transformative practices for regulating the nervous system, reducing stress, and cultivating a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you're a yoga teacher looking to confidently integrate breathwork into your classes or a dedicated practitioner wanting to deepen your personal practice, this training will give you practical tools you can use for a lifetime.
Through lecture, personal practice, and hands-on teaching, you'll learn how to use breath therapeutically to support healing, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation. You'll also explore subtle body practices—including the chakras, koshas, vayus, mudras, and energetic anatomy—to deepen your understanding of the relationship between breath, energy, and consciousness.
This training is for:
Yoga teachers wanting to confidently teach and sequence breathwork.
Wellness practitioners interested in therapeutic breathing techniques.
Dedicated students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.
Anyone looking for practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
In this training, you will learn:
How to find and restore healthy breathing patterns.
Therapeutic breathwork techniques for stress, anxiety, focus, and emotional well-being.
How to safely sequence breathwork before, during, and after asana.
How to create customized one-on-one breathwork sessions.
