The Perfect Chaturanga Workshop with George Garland
Do you ever wonder if you're doing Chaturanga correctly?
Experience shoulder discomfort after class?
Or want to build the strength and confidence to master your hop back?
If so, this workshop is for you.
Chaturanga is one of the most frequently practiced, and most commonly misaligned, poses in yoga. Whether you're new to the practice or have been flowing for years, there's always value in revisiting the fundamentals. Refining your alignment can help prevent injury, improve efficiency, and make your entire practice feel stronger and more connected.
In this workshop, George will guide you through a thoughtfully designed sequence to build the strength, mobility, and body awareness needed for a safe and sustainable Chaturanga. You'll warm up the shoulders and upper back, break the pose down step by step, explore different entries, and finish by working toward a strong, controlled hop back.
Open to all levels, this workshop includes gentle flow, detailed alignment instruction, and plenty of time to ask questions and refine your technique.
