Harmonic Flow: A 3-Part Series of Live Music and Yoga with Orchestra Lumos and Kaia Yoga

In a dynamic partnership with Fairfield County’s own Orchestra Lumos, we are offering three distinct Signature Kaia Yoga classes with live string quartet ensembles. The music performed will serve as a focal piece to the yoga practice, being curated to fully enhance the various energetic states of a flow through tempo, dynamics, and character. This series is hosted at GE Co-Create in Stamford. Experience the lovely interplay of movement and music this Spring Season

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may enjoy for your practice.
