Breathwork and Yoga Nidra (conscious, guided rest) are subtle yet powerful tools used in yogic practices to restore balance of subtle body energy. In this workshop, we will discuss the natural forces that create holistic balance to help direct energy from states of restlessness and anxiety, or states of fatigue and depression, to a state of ease and harmony.

Together we will discuss and experience the potency of these ancient yogic practices of breathwork and subtle body rest techniques.
