Breathwork Masterclass with Chris Caires
Your breath is always with you, yet most of us have never been taught how to truly use it. Breathwork has the power to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and sleep, increase energy, and create a deeper connection between body and mind.
This immersive 90-minute experience is an accessible introduction to pranayama, the ancient yogic science of breathwork and one of the eight limbs of yoga. Combining modern understanding of the nervous system with traditional yogic practices, this workshop offers practical tools you can immediately bring into your daily life.
