In just 30 minutes, learn a simple breath-based meditation practice designed to help calm the mind, release stress, and create a sense of clarity.

This welcoming session is perfect if you’ve been curious about meditation but didn’t know where to start. You’ll be guided step-by-step and leave with a simple technique you can practice anytime you need to reset.

This course will help you gain a more complete understanding of why we meditate; the importance of developing a mindful meditation practice.
We will explore the stages of the path, deepen your own practice, and develop your ability to present the teachings in a clear and genuinely helpful way to others.
