12:00 – 3:30pm | join for the whole afternoon, movement, lecture, and hands-on exploration
We’ll explore:
How to identify and address common causes of hip tightness (muscular imbalance, posture, sitting habits, and emotional tension)
Techniques to strengthen underused muscles and release overworked ones
How yoga can support or ease conditions like hip impingement, piriformis syndrome, sacroiliac (SI) joint discomfort, sciatica, and hip flexor strain
Effective cueing and sequencing strategies for classes or private sessions focused on hip health
