12:00 – 3:30pm | join for the whole afternoon, movement, lecture, and hands-on exploration

We’ll explore:

  • How to identify and address common causes of hip tightness (muscular imbalance, posture, sitting habits, and emotional tension)

  • Techniques to strengthen underused muscles and release overworked ones

  • How yoga can support or ease conditions like hip impingement, piriformis syndrome, sacroiliac (SI) joint discomfort, sciatica, and hip flexor strain

  • Effective cueing and sequencing strategies for classes or private sessions focused on hip health
