Common areas of tension or weakness including: Frozen shoulder, tight or torn rotator cuff muscles and more
Gentle mobility exercises

In this workshop, you’ll learn to:
Explore common shoulder challenges seen in yoga practitioners, such as:
Rotator cuff strain or impingement
Limited range of motion or “frozen shoulder”
Tension-related pain in the upper back, neck, and shoulders
Postural imbalances like rounded shoulders or kyphosis
Apply safe alignment principles for weight-bearing poses such as Plank, Chaturanga, Down Dog, and arm balances.
Understand how to adapt and modify poses for students recovering from shoulder injury or chronic tension.
