A Safe Journey to Upside-Down with Saya Suyama

In this workshop, you will be guided through the basics of safe and effective inversions. Whether you’re new to inversions or struggling with balance, we’ll focus on alignment, strength-building, and proper entry and exit techniques to help you feel confident and supported.
The main focus will be supported headstand, with some work on pincha mayurasana (forearm balance) for those ready to challenge themselves. Expect drills to build strength, step-by-step instructions, and personalized guidance to help you progress safely.
