Casey McBride
I began teaching Yoga Sculpt after my own hip replacement seven years ago. During my recovery, I started weaving the strength and mobility exercises I learned in physical therapy into a yoga-based flow—and it completely changed how my body moved and felt.
That experience shaped my approach to teaching. My classes focus on building healthy hips, strong knees, and a stable core to support better movement, reduce injury risk, and help people of all ages feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.
CAN BE TAKEN SEPARATELY OR AS PART OF THE 300 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING.
This qualifies as a 300hr electives.
